Cross Country

Congratulations to the Varsity Boys Cross Country team for the win over Umatilla at the Helix Stubblebuster, finishing second to Enterprise.  In the junior high 3 kilometer races, seventh grader Caelyn Pullen won her race and eighth grader Wyatt Browne placed 6th.


CRAFT CLUB-is from 3:00 to 4:00 pm every Tuesday. Bring an idea with you. Bring materials if you know what you want to do. 

Board Game Club is starting up! We will be playing a variety of board games, card games, and role-playing games, including a variation of “Mafia” called “Werewolf.” Our first meeting will be Wednesday, Oct 9th in Room 110 from 3-4pm. Stop by to learn more about this club and to propose new game ideas for our next meeting. Hope to see you there!

TRANSITION CLASS The transition class will be hosting a Candy Drive for the Kiwanis Club of Boardman. The collecting box will be located in Mrs. Baker’s room. The drive will start October 1st and end of October 28th. Whoever donates the most candy will receive a gift card as a prize!

HOMECOMING TICKETS will be on sale during lunch all week! $ Couple and $ Single.

SOCCER BOYS SCARF SALE!  It’s starting to get cold out! Scarves are $20 each or if you purchase more than one they are $15 each! Stop by the office before school, during lunch or after school to purchase one!

BASEBALL Lunch meeting will be held next Wednesday October 2nd in Mr. Davis’ room #103 during High School lunch. Pizza will be provided for all baseball players interested.

BASKETBALL SIGN UPS Any high school student interested in playing basketball, sign ups are in the office.


Reminder for Perfect Attendance for 1st quarter

Qualifications are:

5 or less tardies

No Absences

*If you are absent you have to have a doctor’s note-and it has to be due to illness, it can’t be for check-ups or regular appointments or dental/ortho. If it’s for bereavement, we need a note from your parent/guardian.

If you meet the above standards then you will not have to take finals and have the day off!!!

*AP/college courses do not apply

  • DRIVERS- You need to fill out the Parking Permit Form in the main office.
  • HS LUNCH Reminder- You cannot be in the new commons during lunch. Please eat in the cafeteria or outside.
  • All drinks need to have a screw top lid. You cannot have drinks in disposable cups.

Parking Permits

Students who received a ticket last week have until Thursday of this week to obtain a parking permit or will have another fine added to their student account. Students Parking in the back parking lot is not allowed! If you do so Police will be called.
