Dear Parents and Guardians,
We are excited that our students are finally able to participate in extracurricular activities! With games beginning we wanted to make sure you were in the loop on how you will be able to view your students events. There are still restrictions associated with the number of total people that can be at an event. Due to those restrictions, each student athlete will be given two tickets to every home event. The person will need to have the ticket with them to enter the game, if you lose the ticket we won’t have replacements. On each ticket there is a QR code. You will use the camera on your phone to take a picture of the QR code, it will then take you to a google form that you will need to complete prior to entering the event. If you have questions about this you can contact me at any time.
For spectators that are not able to attend in person, we now have cameras installed at the football/soccer field as well as in the gym. All of our home games will be live streamed for free. To access these games please follow the directions on the attached NFHS Network document.

¡Estamos emocionados de que nuestros estudiantes finalmente puedan participar en actividades extracurriculares! Con el comienzo de los juegos, queríamos asegurarnos de que estuviera al tanto de cómo podrá ver los eventos de sus estudiantes. Todavía existen restricciones asociadas con el número total de personas que pueden estar en un evento. Debido a esas restricciones, cada estudiante atleta recibirá dos boletos para cada evento en casa. La persona deberá tener el boleto con ellos para entrar al juego, si pierde el boleto no tendremos reemplazos. Cada boleto tiene un código QR. Utilizará la cámara de su teléfono para tomar una foto del código QR, luego lo llevará a un formulario de Google que deberá completar antes de entrar al evento. Si tiene preguntas sobre esto, puede contactarme en cualquier momento.
Para los espectadores que no pueden asistir en persona, ahora tenemos cámaras instaladas en el campo de fútbol y también en el gimnasio. Todos nuestros juegos en casa se transmitirán en vivo de forma gratuita. Para acceder a estos juegos, siga las instrucciones del documento de la red NFHS adjunto.
